I require payment in full before any goods are personalized, worked on and emailed.

All items are electronic and NO material items are shipped. Your printable file will be sent to the e-mail address provided from your Etsy account within 2 - 3 business days (I try to send them quicker when possible).

I highly recommend having a sample printed before you print or order in quantity as colors can vary from what's displayed on your computer screen and what your printer may re produce.

Please note that additional charges are made for custom listings. This extra charge is for the rush order and time for designing the templates. Once shipped these templates may be listed within my store (after 6months) - unless using customers own images then they will not be listed in my store at a later date.
